Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors
• Proven ability to handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments
• Experience in screening resumes conducting initial interviews and shortlisting qualified candidates
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Skilled in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future needs
• Strong interviewing screening and evaluation skills
• Commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
