R158 COST ENGINEER PLANNER

Position: Planner / Cost Engineer
Reports To: Project Engineer / Program Manager

Job Purpose:
To deliver effective cost control planning and scheduling support for Leak Management Program projects ensuring that all financial and timeline objectives are successfully achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules work breakdown structures (WBS) and manpower plans.

• Prepare cost estimates establish budgets and monitor project expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.

• Produce regular reports on project progress cost performance and schedule adherence.

• Support project teams in conducting risk analysis forecasting and variance reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies project controls procedures and industry standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Finance or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project planning and cost engineering within the oil & gas industry.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and cost management software tools.

• Strong analytical organizational and reporting skills.
