Audio & Visual Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all audio and visual aspects for events ensuring timely setup operation and dismantling of equipment.

• Manage and maintain AV equipment inventory ensuring all devices are in good working condition and properly stored.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during events to minimize disruptions.

• Collaborate closely with event planners clients and other departments to understand AV requirements and deliver customized solutions.

• Lead train and schedule AV technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.

• Oversee installation and configuration of sound systems projectors lighting video conferencing tools and other related equipment.

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and company policies during all AV operations.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technology trends and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.

• Prepare technical documentation event reports and maintenance logs.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in audio visual setup operation and supervision.

• Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment including sound systems lighting video and projection technologies.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

• Flexibility to work evenings weekends or holidays as required by event schedules.

• Relevant certifications or training in AV technology is a plus.
