• Welcome smile and greet our guests.
• Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.
• To serve all our guests & colleagues with fast efficient and accurate service.
• Attend and accommodate guests reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded promptly and on time.
• To be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offering available to answer guests questions.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
• Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained.
• Set up clear and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated promptly.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in hotel or similar
• Knowledge about the PointofSale System is an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
• Basic Food Safety Certificate
• Arabic Speaking is an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
