HR Intern

• Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  
• Help organize and facilitate new hire onboarding
  
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  
• Support the planning of employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  
• Assist with preparing HR documents such as offer letters and employment contracts
  
• Participate in HR meetings and take notes as needed
  
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with process improvements
  
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
  

• Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  

• Previous internship or office experience is a plus but not required
