  • Install operate inspect and maintain split package ducted and other air-conditioning systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including cleaning filters coils drains and checking refrigerant levels.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical refrigerant and control-system faults.
  • Maintain service records report equipment issues and follow applicable HSE procedures.




Requirements

  • ITI Technical Certificate or Diploma in HVAC / Air Conditioning / Mechanical field.
  • Minimum 25 years of relevant AC maintenance and repair experience.
  • Good knowledge of refrigeration cycles compressors condensers evaporators thermostats and electrical controls.
  • Ability to troubleshoot AC systems and use standard HVAC tools and testing equipment.
  • Experience in commercial residential or industrial HVAC maintenance is preferred.
