Painter

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Painter to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As a Painter in our organization you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces ensuring highquality finishes that meet our clients expectations.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and applying primer as needed
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
• Apply paint stain and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes rollers and sprayers
• Perform touchups and repairs on existing painted surfaces
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring proper care of tools and equipment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns
• Assist in estimating paint quantities and materials needed for projects
• Stay updated on new painting techniques and products to improve efficiency and quality

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in painting or a related field
• Proficiency in various painting techniques and knowledge of different paint types and materials
• Excellent attention to detail and color matching skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities and resourcefulness in addressing challenges
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrated responsibility selfmotivation and proactivity in completing tasks
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to delivering highquality results
• Safetyconscious mindset and adherence to workplace safety protocols
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various job sites within Doha
• Trade qualifications or certifications in painting are preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for calculating paint quantities and measuring surfaces
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications is a plus
