FB Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customerfocused F&B Supervisor to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As an F&B Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service in our food and beverage outlets.

• Oversee daily operations of food and beverage service areas ensuring excellent customer experiences
• Collaborate with the F&B Operations Manager and Assistant F&B Manager on administrative tasks and operational improvements
• Attend and actively participate in daily F&B briefings and other required meetings
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for various F&Brelated gatherings
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to develop compelling marketing content for F&B initiatives
• Supervise the production and quality control of menus and food tags for restaurant bar and banquet events
• Draft and disseminate professional memorandums for the F&B Department
• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal departments and external customers
• Maintain a vigilant presence during peak service hours providing critical support to F&B outlets and service teams
• Report any irregularities or discrepancies to the F&B Operations Manager immediately
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and foster positive working relationships within the department
• Coordinate with supporting departments to maintain the appearance and condition of all hotel areas
• Propose and implement procedural improvements to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
• Present wellresearched suggestions to management regarding operations cost control and profitability

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar F&B supervisory role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for quality and presentation
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and pointofsale systems
• Indepth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick effective decisions
• Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Collaborative approach to working with various departments and stakeholders
• Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
