We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment providing strategic legal direction and ensuring compliance across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
v Strategic Legal Advisory Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts employment matters governance and compliance.
v Contract Negotiation Lead negotiations for commercial agreements joint ventures and supplier contracts.
v Regulatory Compliance Develop and implement robust compliance programs ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal requirements.
v Risk Management Identify legal risks and formulate mitigation strategies to protect business interests.
v Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with senior management external legal advisors and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless legal operations.
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of qualified legal experience.
2. International Exposure: Proven experience working in international or crossborder legal environments. Working with neutral legal territories (good knowledge on US New York England and Wales Laws
3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as Hospitality F&B Retail and Museum Visitor Experience is highly desirable.
4. Legal Specialization: Expertise in commercial contract negotiation and joint ventures.
5. Innovative Mindset: Ability to adapt to and implement new strategies and initiatives in a fastpaced evolving environment.
