Semi Skilled Worker

Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of drainage systems including manholes pipelines culverts and catch basins. Support teams by helping with equipment setup cable handling and basic maintenance tasks. Operate or assist in operating high-pressure water jetting and suction equipment under supervision. Carry and use hand tools and light power tools to remove blockages and debris from drainage infrastructure. Follow instructions from supervisors or technicians to ensure proper site preparation and safety compliance. Assist in confined space entry operations as per safety guidelines when required. Load and unload materials tools and equipment at job sites. Ensure the job site is clean and equipment is properly stored after work completion. Report observed defects damages or hazards to supervisors. Comply with all health safety and environmental policies and procedures. Carry out other tasks assigned. Minimum 3 years of experience in utility, drainage, or infrastructure maintenance preferred. Prior work in construction, water/wastewater, or drainage systems is an asset.
