IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Technician

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role (midlevel experience acceptable).
• Expertise in Windows 11 and data backup tools.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or ITIL Foundation (flexible for candidates with handson experience).
• Ability to configure and deploy new laptops with the image and support OS upgrades at remote sites (SSOC: AlSadd Doha Port).

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure software and application compatibility.
• Backup and restore user data for seamless transitions.
• Provide enduser support during migration processes.
• Maintain business continuity while managing ongoing IT operations.

Contract Duration: Temporary – 6 months (Extensions subject to discussion).
