We are looking for motivated and experienced Operation leaders to deliver an amazing experience to our valuablecustomers.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Team Building
  • Lead Operations closely in line with design and technology team.
  • Communications with pickers delivery people and customers
  • Solving day-to-day issues.


Job includes:

  • Orientation for new team members and grabbers

  • Encourage positive work environment

  • Lead the team and set standards

  • Order fulfillment efficiency improvement

  • Act quickly and respond to shopper or customer issues

  • Brainstorm new process improvements with design and technology teamleads.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year plus customer service or sales experience
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills
  • Ability to deliver customer service that exceeds customer needs
  • The job requires a lot of standing and walking in most cases inside the hypermarkets.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; organisation planning and prioritization skills
  • Should be able to communicate clearly in proper English. Arabic is an added advantage.
