Sales Manager - Leisure

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goaloriented Sales Manager Leisure to join our dynamic team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As a key member of our sales department you will drive leisure sales growth and exceed targets in our hotel setting.

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure segment
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients travel agencies and industry partners
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of compelling sales proposals and contracts
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to leisure clients
• Represent the hotel at industry events trade shows and networking functions
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics preparing detailed reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies standards and procedures in all sales activities
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hotel sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the leisure segment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming sales team
• Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Indepth knowledge of the luxury travel market and current industry trends
• Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when required
• Membership or willingness to join relevant industry associations
