Position Title: Site Manager

Location: Qatar

1. Purpose of Request
   

This request is to initiate the recruitment process for a qualified Site Manager to support ongoing and upcoming projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The role is critical to ensuring successful site execution commissioning and handover of instrumentation and control systems in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

1. Position Summary
   

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all site activities related to the commissioning of pneumatic instrumentation and control systems. This includes managing site teams coordinating with vendors and subcontractors ensuring compliance with technical and safety requirements and reporting progress to project leadership.

1. Key Responsibilities
   

• Lead and supervise site execution and commissioning activities
  
• Ensure proper installation and testing of pneumatic instrumentation systems
  
• Oversee control system commissioning including loop checks and functional testing
  
• Coordinate with engineering procurement and construction teams
  
• Maintain site safety and quality standards
  
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports
  
• Interface with client representatives and third-party inspectors
  
• Resolve site-level technical issues and escalate as needed
  

Requirements

1. Required Qualifications
   

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  
• Proven expertise in pneumatic instrumentation commissioning
  
• Strong background in control system commissioning (DCS PLC SCADA)
  
• Bachelors degree in engineering (Instrumentation Electrical or related field)
  
• Familiarity with international standards and commissioning procedures
  
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Willingness to work at remote work sites as required

• Contract ; 1year and expandable as per performance
