Marketing & PR Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and PR strategies to align with business goals.
• Manage brand identity storytelling and digital presence across all channels.
• Build and maintain strong media relationships and manage press communications.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns content creation and event coordination.
• Lead a small team or manage external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications PR or related field.
• 5-8 years’ experience in marketing/PR with proven campaign success.
• Strong media networking skills and experience with digital marketing tools.
• Excellent writing communication and project management skills.

KPIs & Expectations:

• Growth in brand awareness and media coverage.
• Engagement and lead generation through campaigns.
• ROI on marketing and PR initiatives.
