FB Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and professional F&B Hostess to join our team at the Swissotel Corniche Park Towers. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Assist guests with menu information and special requests
• Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support the F&B team in various tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a reputable hotel or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of F&B products and services
• Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced highpressure environment
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating arrangements
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Valid work visa or residency permit for Qatar (or ability to obtain one)
