Bar Manager

What you will be doing:

• Assist and oversee the daytoday operations of the Food & Beverage team
• Supervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team
• Ensure all levels of service run smoothly
• Develops the preparation and presentation to meet/set standards on all beverage recipes
• Manage financial outcomes & budgets
• Understand and adhering to all guidelines licensing and operating legislation affecting the department for proper and safe food and beverage service
• Maintain stock levels
• Hire Develop and Coach team members
• Attend all scheduled F&B and other relevant meetings when required.
• Creates and maintains positive guest relationships and provide outstanding experience
• Handle customer complaints

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven strong leadership skills
• Has strong knowledge on food beverages and wine trends and creativity
• Excellent customer service skills
• Stellar communication and organizational prowess
• Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively
• Digitally proficient
