PLC Lead Engineer

• Interface with clients to gather requirements present design proposals and deliver project updates maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
  
• Experience in leading onsite installation and commissioning of PLC and SCADA systems ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  
• Provide detailed documentation for system configurations programming and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and training.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  
• Working experience in PLCs like Allen Bradley ( Control/Micro Logix SLC5) Modicon ( Quantum/Premium/Momentum) Honeywell (FSC 10020 ) Siemens (LOGO / S7) etc
  
• Traveling to clients locations. Meeting with clients to discuss their automation needs.
  
• Developing and installing plc programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
  
• Determining plc automation test criteria before the final installation.
  
• Testing automated systems for efficiency safety and reliability.
  
• Proven experience as a PLC/DCS Lead Engineer or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of PLC/DCS hardware and software including programming languages such as ladder logic.
  
• Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation standards.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years experience as Project Lead engineer in Oil and Gas field
  
• Experience in conducting FEED site surveys and preparation of design basis
