Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering division (civil MEP utilities).
• Oversee design reviews technical submissions and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Ashghal Kahramaa and local authority regulations.
• Supervise mega infrastructure and utility projects from design to execution.
• Implement quality safety and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and regulatory bodies.
• Drive value engineering innovation and adoption of modern technologies (e.g. BIM).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management roles.
• Strong background in construction infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Previous involvement with Ashghal or similar regulatory/government authorities.
• Demonstrated track record of working on mega infrastructure projects.
• Must have valid QID Passport and NOC
