Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and publish engaging content on platforms such as Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn and Snapchat.
• Monitor social media channels for trends feedback and engagement opportunities.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Collaborate with the design team for content creation (graphics videos etc.).
• Monitor and report on performance metrics (reach engagement conversions).
• Respond to comments messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices trends and tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns promotions and events.
• Ensure all content adheres to the companys brand tone and visual guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Media or related field.
• 23 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic (Bilingually).
• Knowledge of the Qatari market and local trends is highly preferred.
