Safety Watch

Purpose: Provide dedicated watch for hot work confined space and other PTWcontrolled activities.

Reports to: Loss Control Supervisor / ORYX Permit Holder Work Schedule: Schedule3 (12 h/day 6 d/wk; day or night) Location: Ras Laffan Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor work area for hazards; maintain headcount and communication with PTW authority.

Ensure correct use and readiness of breathing air/SCBA sets and firefighting equipment.

Stop job/escalate when unsafe acts/conditions are observed.

Complete logs as per PTW requirements and support onsite HSE activities.

Minimum Qualifications/Certifications:

Basic Safety training (e.g. IOSH/Managing Safely) Basic First Aid Fire Extinguisher.

Breathing Air Hot Work Radio Communication Confined Space Gas Tester PTW awareness.

Minimum Experience:

2 years in an HSE role in petrochemical or Oil & Gas.

Job Specific Skills (must/strongly preferred):

Awareness of Lifting & Rigging Working at Height Excavation safety.
