This Position reports to:

Service Operation manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop implement and manage the account strategy for local/ strategic accounts focused on share of wallet growth profitability and customer satisfaction. Each day you will coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.



The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification in Qatar.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Understanding the key drivers of the relevant customers business and their business environment and accordingly interpreting the impact and opportunity for ABB.
• Defining and proposing sales targets for the account and ensuring those are achieved with a structured follow-up process across divisions and countries.
• Creating added value for both the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
• Driving the application of standardized Marketing and Sales processes and tools for the account.

Qualifications for the role

• 10years of experience in a related field
• You have technical knowledge about local customers & ABB products
• Ability to handle meetings with senior management
• Degree in electrical engineering
• You are at ease communicating in English
