Multi Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
  
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical plumbing HVAC and basic mechanical systems.
  
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and systems to identify issues or potential failures.
  
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments for complex tasks and projects.
  
• Provide input on improving maintenance procedures and operational efficiency.
  
• Participate in emergency maintenance and on-call duties as required.
  
• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Mechanical or related technical field.
  
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a multi-skilled technician.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems plumbing HVAC and general maintenance.
  
• Ability to read technical manuals blueprints and schematic diagrams.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
