Social Media & Influencer Manager

This position is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement. Additionally he/she will cultivate and manage relationships with influencers to amplify our brand reach.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals
• Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms
• Generate creative and compelling content including graphics videos and written copy
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and brand messaging
• Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers in the industry
• Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives
• Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness engagement and conversions
• Use datadriven insights to refine strategies and enhance social media presence
• Respond promptly to comments messages and mentions on social media platforms

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role for at least 4 years
• Indepth knowledge of social media platforms trends and best practices
• Experience in influencer marketing and relationship management
• Strong creative and writing skills with an eye for visual aesthetics
• Proficient in social media analytics tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
