Lobby Hostess

You will support the overall Front Office operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to to receive and give a warm welcome to our guests provide an efficient and courteous approach at all times.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in Front Office operation in the Hotel
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
Excellent guest service skills
Excellent English skills and Arabic is a plus
