Draftsman (MEP, Civil, Instrument)

• Develop MEP layouts including HVAC piping plumbing cable trays lighting earthing and power distribution.
  
• Prepare isometric and schematic diagrams for mechanical and electrical systems.
  
• Coordinate space allocation and clash detection using integrated MEP models.
  
• Support BOQ preparation through drawing take-offs.
  
• Draft civil layouts including foundations structural elements site grading and drainage systems.
  
• Prepare and revise detailed drawings and layouts for MEP Civil and Instrumentation systems using AutoCAD or relevant CAD software.
  
• Coordinate with engineering teams to gather requirements and translate conceptual designs into technical drawings.
  
• Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications codes and standards.
  
• Maintain up-to-date records of all drawing revisions and design documentation.
  
• Participate in design reviews providing support in resolving technical queries.
  
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 4 6 years of experience in drafting for water treatment plants or similar industrial projects.
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of Revit Navisworks or other BIM tools is an advantage.
  
• Familiar with international and local codes related to MEP Civil and Instrumentation design.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings specifications and P&IDs.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and meet deadlines.
