Concierge Agent

• Welcome guests and provide prompt professional assistance with requests.
• Arrange transportation restaurant reservations tours and other guest services.
• Offer accurate information about hotel facilities local attractions and events.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain updated knowledge of local dining entertainment and cultural activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a concierge or guest service role preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive & vibrant attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus.
