Pipe Welder 6G TIG ARC

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on various types of pipe materials such as stainless steel carbon steel and alloy materials.
  
• Prepare pipes for welding including cleaning beveling and fitting.
  
• Inspect and ensure the quality of welds for compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints welding symbols and technical drawings.
  
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
  
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  
• Collaborate with other team members and report progress to supervisors.
  
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations and complies with relevant industry codes and regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pipe Welder (TIG) with a solid understanding of welding techniques and processes.
  
• Certification in TIG welding (e.g. AWS ASME) is highly preferred.
  
• Experience with a variety of materials including stainless steel carbon steel and alloys.
  
• Ability to read and understand welding blueprints technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Strong attention to detail quality and precision in welding work.
  
• Good physical condition and ability to work in challenging environments (e.g. confined spaces elevated platforms).
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
