Commis 2 (Cold Kitchen)

What you will be doing:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes salads and appetizers
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Help with inventory and proper storage of ingredients
• Maintain consistency in taste presentation and portioning

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and English communication skills
