Lobby Ambassador (Russian Speaker)

• Welcome all arrival guests with highest standards and depart all departure guests while assisting with any requests.
• To anticipate the needs of the customer whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensures that all guests are greeted upon the arrival & departure of the hotel
• Offer consistently professional friendly warm and engaging service
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
• Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact
• Ensure sufficient stocking of welcome beverage and welcome troley
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guest and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at all time
• Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately follow up

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Russian Speaker
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• University Degree in Hotel Management fresher or a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
