RMC Supervisor (Roads O&M)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RMC Supervisor (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing road maintenance and operations projects ensuring high-quality standards and efficient resource utilization.

• Supervise and coordinate road maintenance and operations activities in assigned areas
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to optimize road infrastructure performance
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address road maintenance issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
• Manage and allocate resources including personnel equipment and materials
• Prepare and oversee project budgets timelines and progress reports
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including government agencies and contractors
• Implement traffic management strategies to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in road maintenance and operations
• Analyze and report on project performance identifying areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative maintenance techniques

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in road maintenance and operations
• Proven supervisory experience in infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of road construction materials techniques and quality control measures
• Proficiency in project management and budgeting
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards for road maintenance in Qatar
• Professional certifications in road maintenance and operations (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the assigned region as needed
