MS Coordinator

Job Title: Maintenance & Service (M&S) Coordinator – PAGA Systems

Educational Qualification:

• BE / Diploma in Engineering (Electronics Instrumentation or related field)

• Professional certifications are an advantage

Experience:

• Experience in PAGA (Public Address & General Alarm) Systems

• Strong background in maintenance and service operations

• Proven ability in client coordination for SLA compliance and reporting

• Experience in leading service teams and managing field operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and service activities for PAGA systems

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery and SLA matters

• Prepare and maintain SLA reports service records and performance documentation

• Manage scheduling and deployment of service teams

• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards

• Support the continuous improvement of maintenance and service processes
