Kids Club Supervisor (Seasonal)

The Kids Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kids club ensuring a safe engaging and fun environment for children. This role involves supervising staff planning activities maintaining safety protocols and providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians.

• Oversee and manage Kids Club Attendants including scheduling training and performance monitoring.
• Ensure all Kids Club Attendants adhere to safety guidelines and childcare protocols.
• Maintain a positive engaging and inclusive atmosphere for children.
• Plan organize and lead ageappropriate activities games and educational experiences.
• Encourage creativity teamwork and social development among children.
• Ensure all activities align with company policies and safety regulations.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies injuries or behavioral incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance incidents and health concerns.
• Greet parents and children ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs experience and progress.
• Address and resolve any parent complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Manage inventory of toys supplies and snacks reporting any shortages.

Qualifications :

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Child Development Education or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in childcare education or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Creativity in planning activities that engage children.
• Patience enthusiasm and a passion for working with children.
