Hook-Up Manager

Position Title: HookUp Manager
Project: EPCOL (Engineering Procurement and Construction for Offshore and Pipelines)
Location: Office Qatar
Rotation: 91/16
Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning coordination and execution of offshore hookup activities.

• Oversee the integration of new platforms and facilities with existing offshore infrastructure.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors during offshore execution.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with engineering construction commissioning and marine teams to align hookup schedules.

• Monitor progress and mitigate delays ensuring timely readiness for commissioning.

• Participate in interface meetings and resolve technical or operational clashes.

• Support risk assessments method statements and readiness reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 1015 years experience in offshore oil & gas projects with strong exposure to hookup and commissioning activities.

• Proven ability to manage largescale multiplatform integration projects in offshore environments.

• Familiarity with brownfield works and offshore tieins.

• Strong leadership coordination and problemsolving skills.

• Offshore survival and medical certifications as per QatarEnergy standards.
