Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence and marketing initiatives in the dynamic Qatar real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate or hospitality sector within Qatar and possess strong expertise in strategic branding collateral design and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Branding & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Collateral Design & Production: Lead the design and production of high-quality company collateral including brochures presentations digital assets and signage ensuring they effectively communicate our value proposition.

• Event Management: Plan coordinate and execute company events property launches and exhibitions in Qatar to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

• Market Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales teams and external agencies (e.g. PR design media) to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven professional background and relevant experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role specifically within the Real Estate or Hospitality (Hotels) sectors in Qatar.

• Skills: Strong expertise in Branding Designing company collateral and Coordinating marketing events.
