Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a large fleet of vehicles ensuring optimal availability and efficiency.

  • Handle garage operations including coordination with mechanics for vehicle maintenance and repair activities.

  • Supervise drivers and enforce operational compliance with local regulations.

  • Implement and monitor fleet management systems and preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Prepare and maintain reports on fleet performance fuel consumption and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in a similar role managing large fleets.

  • Education: in Automobile Engineering.

  • Proven experience in garage operations and team supervision.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of fleet management systems preventive maintenance and local compliance regulations.

  • License: Must possess a valid Qatar Light Motor Driving License.

  • Age: Between 30 and 45 years old.

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
