Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of fitters welders and helpers on-site or in the workshop.
  

• Plan allocate and monitor daily tasks and work schedules to meet project targets.
  

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with HSE policies permit-to-work systems and site safety rules.
  

• Review and interpret drawings fabrication sketches and work instructions with the team.
  

• Inspect and approve fit-up alignment and weld preparation prior to welding.
  

• Coordinate with QC inspectors engineers and project managers for quality control and progress reporting.
  

• Maintain daily work reports manpower records and progress charts.
  

• Provide guidance coaching and training to team members for skill development and productivity improvement.
