Steam Turbine Fitters

Responsibilities:

• Assemble dismantle and fit steam turbines and auxiliary components (shafts rotors casings bearings and seals).
  

• Conduct precision alignment of turbines couplings and connected equipment using laser alignment tools dial gauges and feeler gauges.
  

• Perform inspection and maintenance of bearings gland seals and rotor assemblies.
  

• Support overhaul commissioning and startup activities for steam turbines.
  

• Read and interpret technical drawings manuals and maintenance procedures.
  

• Coordinate with mechanical engineers QC inspectors and project managers to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  

• Conduct diagnostic checks vibration analysis and clearance measurements to ensure optimal turbine performance.
