Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records preparing reports ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting the company s property-related financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for real estate transactions including sales leases rentals and commissions.
  

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
  

• Record and reconcile all payments invoices and receipts related to property projects.
  

• Monitor cash flow accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from tenants/clients.
  

• Handle bank reconciliation journal entries and general ledger management.
  

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations VAT filings and financial reporting standards.
  

• Assist in budgeting forecasting and cost analysis for real estate projects.
  

• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
  

• Work closely with property management sales and operations teams to provide financial insights.
  

• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and support management in decision-making.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA CMA or ACCA preferred).
  

• Minimum 3 5 years of accounting experience preferably in the real estate or property sector.
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles IFRS and financial regulations.
  

• Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Tally ERP systems Yardi or similar).
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent communication skills and Arabic speaking/reading/writing are mandatory.
  

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software. Strong typography, layout, and color theory knowledge. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. (Preferred) Experience with UI/UX design or web design is a plus.
