Spa Attendant

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities assisting guests with their needs and ensuring a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. This role plays a key part in upholding the spas high standards of hygiene and service.

• Ensure the spa facilities including treatment rooms lounges and changing areas are clean wellmaintained and fully stocked.
• Greet and assist guests providing towels robes and other amenities as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
• Replenish supplies such as towels linens and toiletries.
• Maintain the spas ambiance by monitoring lighting music and overall presentation.
• Assist therapists and other spa team as required.
• Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
• Follow all health safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications :

Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service hospitality or the spa industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Competencies

• Able to converse in English.
• Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team.
• Able to withstand physically heavy duties.
• Has good guest relations.
