JR. SALES ENGINEER - FM

• Bachelors degree ( Facility Management/ Business Certification)
• Proven experience (7 years) in sales preferably in the facility management or related industries. (Real Estate sales property management)
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Professional certifications in sales or facility management (e.g. IFMA BIFM etc.).
• Currently holds a Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working Sales and Business development in FM
• Industry/Relevant Industry
• Experience in Qatar FM Industry/Real Estate/Property Management
• Good information on vendors/service providers for FM
• Able to provide technical solution and allocation and budgetary forecasting and bench marking.
• Exposure to a multicultural environment
