IT Manager

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT operations with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the financial sector
• Manage the organizations IT infrastructure including servers networks cloud platforms and databases.
• Ensure IT service delivery processes meet user needs and follow change control protocols.
• Liaise with external vendors for support contracts SLAs and software licensing.
• Supervise junior IT staff and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
