Usher FB Service

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or F&B staff.
• Coordinating amenity deliveries and replenishment of room amenities.
• Attend to guest/customer requests and assigned errands promptly.
• Perform various food and beverage servicerelated duties as required

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage crowds and remain calm under pressure
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
