IT Support Specialist Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION Manager to provide ongoing support customization and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The role requires ensuring business requirements are met while improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problemsolving skills a proactive mindset and the ability to work in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous support customization and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to meet business needs.

• Ensure system optimization and integration with other business applications.

• Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently while handling multiple challenges simultaneously.

• Implement and maintain Internet Security and data privacy principles in system operations.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting.

• Travel to different site offices and be willing to work beyond regular office hours when required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or a relevant field.

• 5 years of experience in Information Technology within a multinational company.

• Advanced knowledge of Internet Security and data privacy principles.
