Business Developer Pharmaceuticals

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Developer Pharmaceuticals to join our team in Mumbai India. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our pharmaceutical business through innovative partnerships and market opportunities.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and customers
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations
• Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
• Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals and reports to senior management
• Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Pharmacy or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnerships and deals
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry drug development processes and regulatory landscape
• Excellent knowledge of healthcare systems and policies in India
• Proficiency in business development strategies and market analysis techniques
• Advanced negotiation and project management skills
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to travel as required for business meetings and industry events

Experience in Retail pharmacy sales and age 33 plus
