Food & Beverage Team Leader

The Food & Beverages Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily operations within the food and beverage department ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role supports team coordination staff training and efficient workflow across dining areas or event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support food & beverage staff during shifts

• Ensure adherence to health safety and hygiene standards

• Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction

• Assist with inventory ordering and stock management

• Train and mentor new team members

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food & beverage service

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

Qualifications :

• High school diploma; hospitality training preferred

• 2 years in food & beverage service with some leadership experience

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

• Flexible schedule (nights weekends holidays)
