About the role

To achieve the booking and sales target for Service and Aftermarket Business Unit products (Service Agreements (Maintenance contracts) Service Repairs) with specified gross margin contribution and receivable days in line with the companys Environment Health & Safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As a HVAC Service Sales Engineer youll be responsible for:

• Order Intake: Work towards achieving the assigned order intake target in the respective categories of Service Agreements Service Repairs while complying with company Finance Ethics and Sales Policies.
• Sales: Work towards achieving the assigned sales target in the respective categories of Service Agreements Service Repairs with aggressive internal and external customer follow-up.
• Gross Margin: Work towards achieving the assigned Gross Margin target in the respective categories of Service Agreements Service Repairs by extensive customer negotiation and winning projects at the right price.
• Receivables: Be personally responsible for the pending receivables from customers and ensure that all outstanding balances are cleared in timely manner.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are as a minimum you must have:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry in Qatar
• Qatar Driving license
• Good command of written and spoken English Arabic is a plus.
