Restaurant Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.

• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Knowledge of MICROS or similar POS systems is preferred.

• Experience with Forbes or LQA standards is an advantage.
