Mechanical Draftsman

• Create Technical Drawings: Develop detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment tools and components using CAD software like AutoCAD SolidWorks or Inventor.
• Develop Blueprints: Design and produce 2D and 3D digital models blueprints and schematics that depict how mechanical systems and components function.
• Specify Materials and Dimensions: Determine and document the necessary materials dimensions and procedures for new products and machinery.
• Review and Revise Designs: Analyze and review engineering documents drawings and specifications making necessary updates and revisions to designs.
• Collaborate with Engineers: Work under the supervision of engineers and architects incorporating their descriptions and feedback into design modifications.
• Prepare Manufacturing Documents: Produce detailed manufacturing drawings that can be used in the production process.
• Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Check drawings for accuracy completeness and conformity to design specifications and relevant codes.
• Assist with Documentation: Create illustrations for operational and maintenance manuals and assist with generating other technical documentation.
