Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement activities in continuous-operation Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer plants.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, direct, and guide electrical maintenance teams.
  • Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement of electrical equipment.
  • Ensure correct tools, methods, and resources are used.
  • Inspect work quality and ensure corrective actions for identified faults.
  • Interpret technical drawings, layouts, P&IDs, datasheets, and related documents.
  • Support planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Handle SAP EAM Maintenance work orders.
  • Ensure compliance with PTW, HSEQ, and company safety procedures.


Requirements

  • Engineering Diploma in Electrical trade (12+3 years).
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry.
  • Hands-on SAP EAM Maintenance work-order experience.
  • Competency in communication, team management, and report writing.
  • Professional-level ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong PTW/HSEQ knowledge and good safety record.
